Snickerdoodle cake mix cookies Mix together one classic yellow cake mix with 1/4 cup oil and two eggs. Form into about 1" balls. Mix together 1 tsp cinnamon and 3 Tbs sugar. Roll balls into cinnamon and sugar mixture.Place balls on cookie sheet and slightly flatten balls with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.
